As their Founding AI Engineer, you’ll own the design and build of intelligent agents, orchestration layers, and multi-step workflows that directly impact how financial institutions operate.
You’ll be working at the edge of applied AI – fast-moving, high ownership, and deeply product-focused.
What do you need?
- Strong experience with LLM applications (RAG, agents, tool use)
- Python/backend systems experience
- Exposure to modern agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.)
- Bias for action – you like building and shipping fast
