The IT Manager will play a critical role in establishing a solid and secure base for the business to grow. Initially you will ensure that all of our systems are setup correctly and documented. Then you will audit the entire estate and make proposals for our we can provide a better service to our employees. Having direct access to the entire user base as you will also be providing desktop support will enable you to really understand how you can better help our teams from a corporate IT perspective.
You will also accurately collate everything that we have today from a CAPEX and OPEX perspective and create business cases for proposed increases in budgets, while realising any opportunities for cost optimisation.
Following this you will work with the CTO and engineering teams to ensure that we have everything that we need to grow our online platform. This will include supporting our remote staff and warehouse teams in the Netherlands and opening a new warehouse in the USA
