Front End Developer – London – Up to £60k

My client, one of the UK’s fastest growing tech-driven startups, is looking for Front-End Web Developers with strong JavaScript skills to join their rapidly expanding team.

The ideal candidate will be an outstanding front end engineer who loves building seamless user experiences and has an eye for design, someone that will inspire the rest of their team to go to the next level and is not afraid to speak their mind and present new ideas.

Required Skills

• Excellent JavaScript programming abilities
• Experience with at least one JS framework
• Strong experience with HTML5 and CSS3
• Proven commercial experience delivering first-rate websites (or a strong portfolio)
• Experience with responsive design
• Familiar with agile development practices

Desirable Skills

• BSc Computer Science (or equivalent degree)
• Experience with Gulp/Grunt
• Familiarity with version control such as GIT
• Knowledge of object oriented programming
• Test-driven development and unit testing
• Experience with CSS pre-processors such as Sass or LESS.
